Post-Sales service

Users who have purchased our company's products and already own a power station can add, remove, or replace Sigen products in their existing power station by following the methods described in this section.

Automatic Addition Scenario

Including but not limited to the following scenarios:

• Adding Sigen inverters, Sigen battery packs or energy storage systems, Sigen Micro, Sigen EV DC Charging Modules, or Sigen EV AC Chargers.

• Adding a Sigen Gateway when connecting to the grid.

Manual Operation Scenario

Including but not limited to the following scenarios:

• When the order of battery packs displayed in the App does not match the physical stacking, click "Position Recognition" to calibrate the battery positions.

• To delete Sigen products such as Sigen inverters, Sigen battery packs or energy storage systems, Sigen Micro, Sigen EV DC Charging Modules, or Sigen EV AC Chargers, click "Delete Device."

• To replace all Sigen products in the original power station, scan the new device's SN code. To replace an old Sigen product, click "Replace."
