In the mySigen app, tap "Settings" to turn the device on or off.

Major firmware upgrades can fail if the equipment is not connected to the internet for an extended period of time. When your device is not connected to the internet, the system issues periodic notifications. If the disconnection persists beyond 90 consecutive days, the system will automatically engage in safe operating mode for safety compliance. Reconnect to the internet immediately.
